Position Responsibilities
- Spearhead daily site operations, ensuring meticulous attention to service, operational efficiency, and site appearance.
- Propel sales growth and profitability by crafting strategic initiatives that optimize operations and remove obstacles.
- Cultivate a team of up to 20 professionals, providing rich onboarding experiences, continuous performance feedback, and abundant development opportunities.
- Embrace and champion change, displaying agile leadership to navigate through diverse operational demands.
- Prudently manage site finances, engaging in thorough analysis and informed decision-making to achieve business objectives outlined in the P&L.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team that reflects Tommy’s commitment to service excellence within an engaging work culture.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and maintaining optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal through diligent equipment upkeep.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, consistently prioritizing unparalleled service quality.
- Fulfill the "Manager on Duty" role when required, providing immediate solutions to operational and personnel challenges.
Qualifications & Candidate Attributes
- 2-4 years of managerial expertise, ideally within a customer-centric environment.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; additional education will be considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, multitasking, and elevating team performance.
- Technological adeptness, including familiarity with POS systems and common software applications.
- Proven background in nurturing talent, financial acumen, and achieving operational excellence.
- Unquestionable integrity, reliability, and the ability to manage sensitive HR-related matters discretely and effectively.
Position Type & Expected Hours
- This role typically works 50+ hours per week
- Flexible to work a variable full-time schedule, encompassing days, evenings, and weekends.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional retail car wash environment. Team members may work both indoors and outdoors and are exposed to noise, water, weather conditions, and car wash equipment during operating hours (7:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday).

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time

- Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
- Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
