Key Responsibilities
- Manage district finances to increase sales and profitability
- Lead, coach, and support Restaurant General Managers across your district
- Create targeted sales-building plans tailored for each restaurant
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Oversee smooth restaurant operations and maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of quick-service restaurant management experience
- Proven track record supervising General Managers across 4–10 locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s preferred
- Skilled in building and executing sales strategies
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of restaurant management
- ServSafe certification preferred or required depending on location
