As a Back of House Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of highly skilled kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Coordinate kitchen operations efficiently
  • Collaborate with Front of House Team Members for a seamless dining experience
  • Learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in kitchen operations
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
