As a Back of House Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and motivate a team of highly skilled kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Coordinate kitchen operations efficiently
- Collaborate with Front of House Team Members for a seamless dining experience
- Learn from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Highly skilled in kitchen operations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
