- Closing availability at least four (4) nights a week required for this position. Availability until 12 p.m. is considered closing availability. Full-time and Part-time closers needed. Possible shifts include 2-12p, 3-12p, 4-12p, 5-12p, and 6-12p.
Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and reinforce core values
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Prepare and package food with speed and accuracy
- Work on a food line
- Grill/fry chicken
- Wash dishes
- Rotate stock
- Maintain a clean kitchen and work area
- Maintain health and food safety standards
- Prompt and regular attendance for scheduled shifts
- Multitask and work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
- Other duties as assigned
Back of House Qualifications and Requirements:
