Redd's Ace Hardware is looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Multi-Store Events & Promotions Coordinator to join our team!
This is a brand-new position with an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our store events, promotions, and community involvement.
With three locations in Blanding, Utah; Page, Arizona; and Albuquerque, New Mexico, we're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create memorable customer experiences, and help ensure our promotions and events are successful across all three stores.
We're not just looking for someone to plan events. We're looking for someone who loves making things happen!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Event Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage an annual calendar of store events and promotions.
- Plan and coordinate events such as Ladies' Night, Unlock Spring, seasonal celebrations, and community activities.
- Organize event details, supplies, decorations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with store managers and employees to ensure events are well-planned and executed.
- Travel between our three locations to help with major events.
- Develop creative new ideas to attract customers and strengthen our community relationships.
In-Store Promotions & Merchandising
- Coordinate monthly Ace Hardware promotions across all three stores.
- Help plan and organize eye-catching endcaps, seasonal displays, and promotional areas.
- Work with store teams to ensure promotional displays are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Coordinate promotional signage, pricing materials, and seasonal merchandising needs.
- Bring fresh ideas to how we showcase products and create excitement in our stores.
Marketing & Advertising
- Coordinate promotional flyers, direct-mail campaigns, and other advertising materials.
- Work with management and marketing partners to promote store events.
- Help identify opportunities for local advertising and community engagement.
- Assist with managing Ace Hardware advertising and co-op marketing opportunities.
- Track events and promotions to help determine what works and where we can improve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who:
- Is naturally creative and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoys planning events and working with people.
- Can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic office software.
- Is willing and able to travel between our store locations.
- Can work occasional evenings, weekends, or early mornings when events require it.
Experience in event planning, retail merchandising, marketing, or promotions is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in finding the right person with creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic!
WHAT WE OFFER
- Full-time position based in Blanding, Utah.
- Starting pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
