Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to recipe, portion and presentation specifications.
- Ensure all prep items are always available.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cook stations kitchen coolers, and food storage areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; passion for cooking is a must!
- An up-to-date Food Handlers Certificate is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude that thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented and fast paced environment.
- This role requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and walking long distances throughout the day.
