Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Morning Prep Team Member to help set up our operation
for a successful day. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for the day’s production
- Pull and organize products for thawing
- Set up stations for daily production
- Check printed labels daily for accuracy
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Perform light cleaning and organization of prep areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Qualifications:
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow written procedures and food safety standards
- Comfortable working independently in early morning hours
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
