For a New Redwood Smoke Shack Location in Virginia
And we need someone who can run the front like it.

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who can:
- Lead a team with confidence (not ego)
- Run high-volume shifts without losing hospitality
- Drive sales, PPA & labor like a business owner
- Keep standards tight — food, service, cleanliness, culture
- Build a team that people want to work with
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily Operations
- Oversee all FOH shifts. Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision
- Ensure smooth service during peak volume
- Maintain Redwood hospitality standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally & fast
Leadership
- Train & develop FOH team members
- Hold team accountable to performance standards
- Create a positive but disciplined work environment
- Set the tone every single shift
- Take care of stock, staff, and sales management
Business Performance
- Labor control & scheduling
- Increasing average check & upselling culture
- Managing online reviews & guest experience
- Hitting revenue targets
- Inventory & food ordering
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- High-volume fast casual or BBQ experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence
- Detail-oriented & reliable
- Organized & numbers-driven
- Can handle pressure without panic
- Understands that hospitality is not optional
