Responsibilities:
- Supervising, managing and motivating Team Members on a daily basis to achieve the goals and maintain the standards set forth by the Redwood Mission Statement and Management
- Interacting with customers and addressing any questions or concerns within your scope of knowledge and ability
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with providing proper training of new hires
- Key holder responsibilities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Passion for BBQ and exceptional customer service
- Ability to work weekends and 8-9 hour shifts
