Director Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Interview, and Select new hires that embody the core values of Chick-fil-A Turner Hill Road
- Onboarding and Scheduling for all Team Members
- New Team Member Orientation
- Team Member check-ins at: Two-week, 45-day, and 6-month touchpoint
- Office, Uniform, and Storage Inventory Management
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Plan all Team Member Outings and other Events
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Support Operator to meet restaurant goals and ensure operational excellence
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Work with an existing team of Directors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Schedule using Hotschedules Platform
- Reward and Recognize Team Members through use of Awardco Platform
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Flexible schedule to include availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in Human Resourcing and Talent Development Preferred
