Director Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, Interview, and Select new hires that embody the core values of Chick-fil-A Turner Hill Road
  • Onboarding and Scheduling for all Team Members
  • New Team Member Orientation
  • Team Member check-ins at: Two-week, 45-day, and 6-month touchpoint
  • Office, Uniform, and Storage Inventory Management
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Plan all Team Member Outings and other Events
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Support Operator to meet restaurant goals and ensure operational excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Work with an existing team of Directors 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 
  • Schedule using Hotschedules Platform 
  • Reward and Recognize Team Members through use of Awardco Platform 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
  • Flexible schedule to include availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in Human Resourcing and Talent Development Preferred
