Your Role:
• Deliver exceptional waxing services while creating a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest
• Build long-term guest relationships through outstanding customer service and personalized care
• Educate guests on products, services, and membership options to drive loyalty and retention
• Utilize strong sales skills to recommend service enhancements, retail products, and future reservations
• Consistently work toward performance goals related to guest retention, pre-booking, memberships, and sales metrics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment suite at all times
• Contribute positively to a team culture built around accountability, support, and results
We’re Looking For:
• Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license required
• Strong passion for sales, customer service, beauty, and skincare
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with performance expectations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting guest relationships
• Positive, energetic, coachable professionals who enjoy working as part of a team
• Desire to continuously learn, improve, and grow professionally
• Weekend and evening availability is required
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including peak business hours, as our centers operate 7 days a week
