Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading front-of-house operations during shifts with enthusiasm and care
- Deliver meals to guests promptly, ensuring a delicious dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness standards for tables, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas
- Engage guests through meaningful interactions and attentive service
- Coach team members on hospitality, urgency, and cleanliness expectations
- Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs, spills, or concerns
- Support front counter and drive-thru during slower periods
- Create and sustain a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confident leadership presence
- Hospitality mindset with attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to coach, encourage, and inspire team members
- Self-starter who proactively identifies and addresses needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
