Marketing Internship
Chick-fil-A Maplewood is looking for a creative, energetic, and community-minded Marketing Intern to work closely under the direction of our Guest Experience Director. With more than 25 years of experience, our Guest Experience Director will provide hands-on guidance and mentorship as the intern supports the marketing, community outreach, and team engagement efforts that help Chick-fil-A Maplewood continue to grow.
As our restaurant continues to grow, this role will play an important part in helping us tell our story and strengthen our connections with our guests, team members, schools, local businesses, and the Maplewood community. The Marketing Intern will assist the Guest Experience Director with projects and responsibilities as needed, including community outreach, team member engagement, events and partnerships, content creation, marketing initiatives, and finding creative ways to connect Chick-fil-A Maplewood with the people and organizations around us.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the guest experience director in the following:
• Create, edit, and post engaging social media content
• Maintain a consistent and authentic Chick-fil-A Maplewood voice online
• Assist with planning and promoting community events and restaurants needs
• Assist with in-store events, marketing campaigns, seasonal displays, promotions, and new product launches
• Assist in design and displaying various in-store signage
• Help communicate our desire to be the most caring company in Maplewood
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with a confident leadership presence
• Someone who is eager to learn, happy to help, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support our team and community.
• Pursuing or completed a marketing degree
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required
• Hospitality mindset with great attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to be coached and able to coach, encourage, and inspire team members
• Self-starter who proactively identifies and addresses needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
