Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all front-of-house employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to train and track the performance of new Team Members.
- Motivate Team Members to maintain high customer service scores.
- Ensure timely completion of shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities.
- Take ownership of front-of-house facilities, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in the front-of-house, including cashier, drive thru, and host roles.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Must be able and willing to open and/or close.
- Experience as a leader, preferably in a customer service or front-of-house environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members as a supervisor/leader.
