Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment for every guest.
  • Accurately take orders and ensure speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Go the extra mile to make guests feel valued (carry trays, refresh beverages, greet warmly).


Teamwork & Communication

  • Work collaboratively with peers and leaders to keep the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru running smoothly.
  • Communicate guest needs and operational issues quickly and respectfully.
  • Support kitchen and catering as needed during peak hours.


Cleanliness & Excellence

  • Maintain dining, counter, and restroom cleanliness to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols with integrity.
  • Take pride in your appearance, uniform, and area of responsibility.

Growth & Development

  • Seek feedback and coaching with humility and a desire to grow.
  • Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and recognition programs.
