Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for every guest.
- Accurately take orders and ensure speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Go the extra mile to make guests feel valued (carry trays, refresh beverages, greet warmly).
Teamwork & Communication
- Work collaboratively with peers and leaders to keep the front counter, dining room, and drive-thru running smoothly.
- Communicate guest needs and operational issues quickly and respectfully.
- Support kitchen and catering as needed during peak hours.
Cleanliness & Excellence
- Maintain dining, counter, and restroom cleanliness to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols with integrity.
