Layla’s is a family-owned and operated, fast-casual Mediterranean kitchen rooted in quality, consistency, and community. We’re looking for a reliable, focused Line Cook who takes pride in clean food, organized stations, and steady execution.
This role is for someone who likes working with their hands, follows systems, and understands that great food comes from discipline, not shortcuts.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Layla’s recipes and standards
- Set up and break down your station for service
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate clearly with teammates and managers
- Follow portioning and prep guidelines to ensure consistency
- Assist with prep, restocking, and daily kitchen tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Kitchen or food prep experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to follow systems and take direction
- Pride in your work and respect for the kitchen

- Flexible scheduling (daytime and evening shifts available)
