Responsibilities
• Create moments for our Guests and Team Members through event planning, social media outreach, community connections and team building.
• Create a community connection plan (annual, quarterly, and monthly) to achieve growth throughout the community and organization
• Foster excitement and connection between the local Woodburn community and Chick-fil-A Woodburn, creating emotional connections that ambassador Chick-fil-A to the community.
• Create, manage and coordinate culture building opportunities for both guests and team members
• Track and analyze past sales-building activities and build on success
• Drive representation of the brand Chick-fil-A, Operator, and their values favorably in the community as a brand ambassador
• Be willing to help in other areas as needed including operations, hiring, cleaning, guest interactions and more.
Outreach and Administration
• Create and execute social media outreach initiatives and interactions
• Leverage Chick-fil-A resources for engagement opportunities via Chick-fil-A App, email, and other digital resources
• Collaborate with Operator and Executive Director for daily and weekly administrative responsibilities
Qualifications & Successful Attributes
• Creative and skilled in Business Administration, Leadership & Communications Marketing
• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Must exemplify our Core Values: Integrity, Humility, Loyalty, and Team Player
• Consistently motivated to exceed expectations and build independence
• Ability to manage different projects simultaneously, problem-solve, and adhere to important deadlines
• Previous social media and marketing experience required. Experience with programs like Canva, Illustrator, In Design, etc.
Compensation: At Chick-fil-A Woodburn, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:
- Starting wage range $18.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE + benefits
- Full time or Part time available
