Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, the Marketing Lead role is more than just promotions—it’s about driving growth, building relationships, and representing the brand in the community. The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, growing catering and outside sales, managing social media presence, and building partnerships that increase brand awareness and revenue. This role works closely with Operations and Catering to ensure all marketing efforts are executed with excellence and aligned with the overall business strategy.

Marketing Lead Responsibilities
S.E.R.V.E Model Expectations
• Serve with Hospitality: Represent the brand with professionalism and build strong relationships with guests and partners
• Execute with Excellence: Plan and execute marketing initiatives with strong attention to detail and results
• Respect Food Safety & Standards: Ensure all promotions and activations align with brand standards and operational capabilities
• Value Teamwork & Growth: Collaborate with Operations, Catering, and Leadership to drive performance
• Elevate the Experience: Create memorable campaigns and community experiences that drive engagement and loyalty
Sales Growth & Business Development
• Drive catering, group orders, and outside sales growth through strategic outreach
• Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations
• Support and grow digital sales channels (Chick-fil-A App, delivery, third-party platforms)
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, local marketing campaigns, and community activations
• Coordinate pop-ups, sampling events, and brand experiences to increase visibility
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with Chick-fil-A brand standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Social Media & Digital Presence
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar including posts, stories, and promotions
• Engage with the community through comments, messages, and online interactions
• Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance
Community Engagement & Partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community groups
• Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities
• Represent Chick-fil-A at local events and activations
• Create opportunities that drive both brand awareness and community impact
Operations Alignment & Support
• Work closely with Catering and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and large orders
• Support FOH, BOH, and drive-thru operations as needed, especially during events or peak periods
• Ensure all marketing efforts are operationally executable and sustainable
Accountability & Performance
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, sales growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Track return on investment (ROI) for events and initiatives
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve brand reach, engagement, and sales
• Maintain organization of marketing materials, tools, and outreach efforts
Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to execute ideas effectively
• Results-driven with a focus on growth and performance
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
