Team Member Responsibilities

Front of House Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while delivering signature Chick-fil-A hospitality
- Take accurate orders and ensure guests receive everything they need
- Operate in the drive-thru, maintaining speed, accuracy, and clear communication
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and guest-facing spaces
- Assist with mobile orders, catering handoffs, and guest inquiries
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and assist guests with recommendations
Back of House Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain strict food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control
- Keep all kitchen, prep, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues to Leadership
- Support efficient kitchen operations by working with urgency and attention to detail
- Assist with receiving inventory and maintaining product quality
General Responsibilities
- Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Be flexible and willing to work in multiple areas (FOH, BOH, and drive-thru) based on business needs
- Complete opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as assigned
- Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and appearance standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team culture
