Job Description

Team Member Responsibilities

 

S.E.R.V.E Model Expectations

  • Serve with Hospitality: Create a welcoming, friendly, and engaging experience for every guest and team member

Front of House Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism while delivering signature Chick-fil-A hospitality
  • Take accurate orders and ensure guests receive everything they need
  • Operate in the drive-thru, maintaining speed, accuracy, and clear communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, restrooms, and guest-facing spaces
  • Assist with mobile orders, catering handoffs, and guest inquiries
  • Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and assist guests with recommendations

 

Back of House Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Maintain strict food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control
  • Keep all kitchen, prep, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues to Leadership
  • Support efficient kitchen operations by working with urgency and attention to detail
  • Assist with receiving inventory and maintaining product quality

 

General Responsibilities

  • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Be flexible and willing to work in multiple areas (FOH, BOH, and drive-thru) based on business needs
  • Complete opening, closing, and daily operational tasks as assigned
  • Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and appearance standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a strong team culture
