Key Responsibilities
- Own an area of the business. (Ex. Hospitality, Kitchen, Talent)
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Support and hold team members accountable for Operational Excellence and exceptional service
- Train and motivate new hires, set positive shift tones, and act as a role model
- Open and close shifts, manage cash drawers, and finalize daily sales
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to meet and exceed goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for serving others with a friendly smile and enthusiastic communication
- Strong people skills and ability to build emotional connections with guests
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
- Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and superior customer service
