Job Description:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and actively engaging with patrons.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
- Financial Oversight: Track revenue, expenses, and budgets to ensure profitability, while meeting company goals. Oversee food and labor costs.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Assist with local marketing efforts, promotions, and community involvement to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-casual or asian cuisine concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
- A passion for food and hospitality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Serve Safe Certificate
- English Affluence (Chinese/Mandarin a plus)
