Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly/enthusiastic attitude and smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest promptly, ensuring quality and Supreme Dumplings' standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, calm demeanor even during high-volume periods. Be able to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Prepare beverages, including beer, wine, sake, liquor, and cocktails, for guests (if 21 and older).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your service area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring that service stations are well-stocked throughout your shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company guidelines.
- Be punctual and reliable, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled shifts.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to enhance guest experience and team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry 1+ years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for food and hospitality with a customer-centric approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, open to feedback and continuously improving service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- 18+ years of age
- Must be 21 years or older if preparing alcoholic beverages (Require a Servsafe alcohol permit)
- Must have a food handlers permit/card
