We’re looking for a driven, hospitality-focused leader who wants more than just a job.
This role is designed for someone on the path to becoming a General Manager within 12–24 months — but who’s willing to earn it by working side-by-side with our current GM and learning every part of the business.
You’ll be the GM’s right-hand person. That means leading shifts, supporting the team, jumping in wherever needed, and helping deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. Baking, opening, closing, coaching, cleaning — if it helps the store succeed, you’re in.

What You’ll Do
• Partner directly with the General Manager on daily operations
• Lead shifts and support team members on the floor
• Step in wherever needed to keep standards high and guests happy
• Help with scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and quality control
• Model great hospitality and hold the team accountable to results
• Learn the full business with a clear path to General Manager
Who This Is For

Experience in food service or retail leadership is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most.

- 2 years of management/supervisor experience
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- 18 years or older
Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm; Friday and Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm. CLOSED SUNDAYS
