ROCKS

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In

this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Maintain Quick Service Experience for Guests at 3:00 minutes Speed of Service or less
  • Labor at 22% or lower, Productivity at $95 or higher, + Scheduling to top 33% of chain or higher
  • CEM Scores to top 20% of chain or higher

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Flexible + Open availability
  • Able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, repetitively use feet, and use head and neck in a twisting or static motion and to look up and/or down, and lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be 18+ years old
