Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team.
- Use operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvements.
- Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently.
- Drive implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.
- Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives.
- Provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Smoothie King.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- The desire to be coached and mentored.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with POS systems and knowledge of food safety regulations.
