Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven, experienced Store

Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver an exceptional

guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced

With over 40 years of history and 1,100+ locations across

the U.S. and internationally, Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of

nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and supplements.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store

operations, including team leadership, financial performance, customer

experience, inventory management, and brand compliance. You will serve as the

face of the brand in your community and operate the store with an “owner’s

mindset.”


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Operations & Financial Management

• Oversee all daily store operations and ensure compliance

with franchise policies and procedures

• Manage cash handling, daily deposits, bank

reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Review Profit & Loss statements, KPIs, and daily

business reports to drive performance

• Order food, supplies, and manage inventory counts

• Schedule equipment maintenance and oversee store

cleanliness and appearance

• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards

are met at all times


Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Assistant Managers,

Shift Leads, and Team Members

• Create and manage weekly employee schedules

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve

operational excellence

• Recognize and reinforce individual and team performance

• Maintain regular communication with the District Manager

and corporate partners


Guest Experience & Brand Leadership

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a

“guest-first” mindset

• Build customer trust through product knowledge and

personalized recommendations

• Work on the line when needed and lead by example during

peak business hours

• Uphold Smoothie King’s mission, culture, and brand

standards

• Develop and execute local marketing, catering, and

community outreach initiatives


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum 2 years of management experience required (Shift

Lead, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or similar)

• Restaurant or retail management experience preferred;

Smoothie King experience a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and

time-management abilities

• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, and

Microsoft Word & Excel

• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings,

weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or GED required

• ServSafe Certification preferred

• Reliable transportation
