Back of House Shift Leader:
- Pay: $18-22/hr (depends on availability & experience)
- Full Time: 5-6 shifts per week
- Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 5:30am-11:00pm
- Open availability required (must be able to work a combination of day & night shifts)
- At least 1 year of kitchen or restaurant-specific experience strongly preferred

Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Manage all responsibilities in leading a team
- Work in all kitchen staff roles
- Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
- Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team
- Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
- Take pride in your work! Doing things right & quickly with proper safety standards

- Proven self-starter

- Dependable and able to meet commitments
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Resilient - able to handle setbacks
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for several hours)
