Training Director

Training Director Details & Responsibilities:

  • Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
  • Must be available to work days & nights (5:30am-10pm)
  • Be a Training Director for Back of House AND Front of House operations
  • Be able to work in operations to contribute to business operations and interact with team
  • Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team
  • Provide excellent customer service by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and engaging in encouraging conversations
  • Additional duties as assigned


Training Director Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have Chick-fil-A work experience
  • Must have bilingual communication
  • Resume required
  • Proven self-starter
  • Capable and passionate about building relationships with team members & guests
  • Detailed and observant
  • Dependable and able to meet commitments
  • Ability to make decisions quickly
  • Resilient - able to handle setbacks
  • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for several hours)


Training Director Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay: $25-30/hr (depends on candidate background, experience, references, etc)
  • Sundays off
