Job Description
At Chick-fil-A, Back of House Team Members play a critical role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position primarily supports evening and closing operations and requires teamwork, consistency, and pride in doing things the right way.
Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving food that meets Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and speed, while supporting a clean and organized kitchen.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, following Chick-fil-A standards
- Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, food prep, and boards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Complete assigned opening or closing duties
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns to leadership
- Participate in training and stay up to date on process updates
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Availability on Saturdays strongly preferred
- Willingness to work evening and closing shifts
