ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring Back of House Team Members for our Morning Shift to support breakfast and lunch operations in a fast-paced, well-organized kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone who:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Arrive on time for a 5:30 AM start and check in with the opening kitchen leader
- Prepare ingredients and set up the kitchen for breakfast and lunch service
- Cook, assemble, and package food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep, cook, and dish areas
- Follow food safety procedures, including temperature checks and FIFO rotation
- Work across kitchen stations such as prep, breading, fries, and assembly
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth service
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Participate in training and stay up to date on procedures and menu items
- Follow Chick-fil-A appearance, safety, and operational standards at all times
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be 18 years or older
- Saturday availability is required
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
