Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly at 5:30 AM and check in with the opening manager.
- Set up front counter, dining room, drive-thru, and mobile order areas.
- Prepare coffee, iced tea, sauces, condiments, and FOH supplies.
- Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm and care.
- Take accurate orders at the front counter, drive-thru, or mobile pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and beverage area.
- Anticipate guest needs and support team flow during peak breakfast and lunch hours.
- Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food presentation, cleanliness, and speed of service.
- Communicate clearly with Back of House to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Dependable early-morning availability (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM).
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Saturday Availability is REQUIRED
