Manager – Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North

Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is seeking experienced, hospitality-focused leaders to join our Management Team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and are passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay

Competitive wage range: $19.50 – $24.00 per hour based on experience, leadership capability, certifications, and operational readiness.

Position Requirements

Full-time availability required
Open and closing availability required
Current ServSafe Manager Certification required
Minimum one (1) year of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
Chick-fil-A experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lead operational excellence in food safety, hospitality, and team development
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Team Members and Team Leaders
Ensure excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution
Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest service
Coach and hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
Execute opening and closing procedures
Support staffing, shift execution, and daily operational leadership
Help create a positive, growth-oriented culture focused on teamwork and personal excellence
