Requirements:
- Restaurant or retail management experience
- Team player, customer focused, action oriented & consistently role models effective communication skills to all
- Experience in coaching and developing employees (we staff 20+ team members)
- Loyalty to management – works closely with Mgr. serving as a positive liaison between management and staff
- Available to work 30 hours/week or more (may be negotiable)
- Minimum 1 year assurance of availability
- Reliable transportation
