Responsibilities:
- Outstanding ability to maintain customer satisfaction (communication skills)
- Proper scheduling and tracking of all customer related concerns
- Professional and personable attitude and work ethic
- Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Competency in writing and communicating repair orders between customers and employees
- Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
- Performing any additional task assigned by management
- Commitment to being a team player
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in a customer service position for automotive
- Strong communication skills; a track record in a leadership role
- Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
- Possess a state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record to operate vehicles
