Outpatient OT/PT Receptionist + Rehab Tech (Front Desk Pro by Day, Rehab Support Rockstar All Day!)

Our growing outpatient Occupational & Physical Therapy clinic is looking for a dynamic team member who can own the front desk AND jump in to support our rehab team! This is not a sit-and-scroll job. This is a move-with-purpose, make-a-difference role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Front Desk Powerhouse

• Greet patients with warmth and confidence
• Manage faxes (sending documentation for signatures, etc)
• Answer phones, verify insurance, collect copays
• Keep the front office organized and flowing smoothly
• Fill cancellations and maintain waitlists

Rehab Tech Support

• Assist therapists with patient flow and exercise setup
• Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment
• Support patients during basic exercise activities (as directed)
• Keep the clinic energized and efficient

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves a fast-paced, team-centered environment
• Can multitask without missing details
• Has strong communication skills (friendly + professional)
• Is dependable and thrives on responsibility
• Stays calm under pressure
• Is comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the day

Bonus Points:

• Experience in medical scheduling or front desk roles
• Interest in healthcare, rehab, or therapy careers

Location: Crystal River Monday-Thursday, Inverness on Friday
