What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding physical therapy services guided by a physician’s plan of care.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs that make a real difference.
- Document effectively at the point of service (so you can spend more time with patients, not paperwork).
- Inspire and motivate patients through functional, meaningful activities.
- Collaborate in weekly case management meetings to ensure the best outcomes.
- Supervise PTAs as needed, in line with policies and state regulations.
- Jump in where needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed PT in the state of Florida
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative outpatient setting
- Passion for making therapy engaging, effective, and life-changing
- Full time, part time and PRN welcome to apply
