What You’ll Do
As our newest PTA, you’ll:
- Support physical therapists in delivering individualized, play-driven treatment plans
- Help children build motor skills, strength, balance, and confidence
- Turn therapy sessions into joyful, engaging experiences
- Communicate with caregivers, celebrate milestones, and adjust strategies as needed
- Keep accurate documentation (we promise—no unnecessary paperwork!)
- Collaborate with a team that loves teamwork as much as it loves stickers
Who You Are
You might be our ideal candidate if you:
- Are a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or soon to be)
- Have a heart for helping children of all abilities
- Bring creativity into your treatment sessions—think obstacle courses, songs, games, and imaginative play
- Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
- Believe in progress—no matter how big or small
Experience with pediatrics is a plus, but bright energy and a willingness to learn are equally valuable!
