Position Summary
The Front of House (FOH) Hospitality Professional plays a vital role in delivering Chick-fil-A’s trademark genuine hospitality, care, and elevated guest experience. This individual serves as the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and served with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
- Greet guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and guest-focused environment
- Assist guests with orders, questions, needs, and special requests
- Maintain a polished, positive, and guest-centered demeanor at all times
Dining Room & Drive-Thru Support
- Ensure dining room and front counter are clean, safe, and refreshing
- Deliver meals and beverages with accuracy and urgency
- Support drive-thru operations including order taking, payment, order assembly, and meal delivery
- Uphold speed-of-service and accuracy standards
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with teammates to ensure excellent service flow
- Communicate effectively during peak periods and shift transitions
- Support FOH leadership with hospitality initiatives and guest satisfaction efforts
Brand Representation
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s service values of kindness, ownership, and excellence
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude
- Represent the brand positively with guests, families, and the community

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service
- Weekend Availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or advanced hospitality role
- Experience in high-volume food service or fast-casual operations
- Bilingual Spanish (plus, not required)
- Experience with drive-thru or mobile-order operations
