Key Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.
- Act as a positive role model, coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performing team.
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for leadership and the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs., squat and bend down and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- A genuine, smiling and enthusiastic personality!
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
