Position Type:

Full-time: a minimum of 30.5 hours each week
Part-time: a minimum of 15 hours each week and less than 30 hours each week

Demonstrate warm hospitality through a smile, eye contact, and pleasant conversation
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Blue Springs
Multitask quickly yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
