Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Multitask quickly and be team-oriented
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A service standards and values
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Keep a clean workspace and help other team members
- Willing to work in all positions as order taker, server, bagger, and work outside running or taking orders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
- Flexible schedule availability and able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry 0-30 lbs regularly
- Willing to order take and run orders outdoors
- Willing to work in all positions including dining room, running orders, outside & inside cashier, and bagging
