Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated leader with a passion for people and community.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine heart of caring for people, good team player
- Possesses a willingness and desire to learn and be coached, open-minded and adaptable while taking ownership in their stake in the business.
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Ability to keep composure under high pressure and make decisions quickly without compromising strong communication skills.

Schedule:
- Monday-Saturday availability
- 45 hours/week, up to 60 hours/week based on business needs
- Sundays off
- This role requires schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the business. This typically includes availability for peak periods (11 AM - 2 PM, 5 PM - 8 PM), opening and/or closing the restaurant based on need. This is important to maintain a strong understanding of daily operations and all aspects of the business. A typical week will include 5-6 days, 45-60 hours.
