At Chick-fil-A East Springfield, the Overnight Cleaning Crew Team Member role is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Overnight Team Members play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared restaurant. This position ensures our restaurant is reset each night to meet Chick-fil-A’s high cleanliness and food safety standards.
Position Type
- Part-time 4-5 hours/night 6 days per week
- 10PM-2/3 AM (Monday-Saturday)

Overnight Cleaning Crew Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Break down, clean, and reassemble kitchen equipment as required
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and properly dispose of waste
- Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A brand standards
- Work independently to complete nightly cleaning and dishwashing checklists
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and orderly
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A safety guidelines and dress code
- Complete all assigned closing and overnight cleaning tasks
- Other duties as assigned

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
