Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate aide placements and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Act as the main point of contact for caregivers, patients, and families.
- Handle last-minute schedule changes and staffing emergencies.
- Maintain organized schedules and track daily attendance.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with clients and aides to assess service quality.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, in-person role with regular office hours.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
