Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate aide placements and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Act as the main point of contact for caregivers, patients, and families.
  • Handle last-minute schedule changes and staffing emergencies.
  • Maintain organized schedules and track daily attendance.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with clients and aides to assess service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, in-person role with regular office hours.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
