Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility exercises
- Perform basic health care tasks such as monitoring vital signs and administering prescribed medications
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping and domestic tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate patient condition

Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate required
- Proven experience in home health care with ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens

- Familiarity with nutrition and personal hygiene standards
