Service Areas we are hiring for:
- Brooklyn
- Queens
- Manhattan
- Bronx
- Staten Island
Duties:
- Perform health assessments for patients in their homes to evaluate their healthcare status and needs
- Train and supervise Aide staff on patient care plans and infection control
- Maintain open communication with the Director of Patient Services
- Report all issues promptly to the clinical department
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with DOH regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school
- Current NYS RN license
- 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel to patient's homes
