Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is seeking a high-capacity Director of Guest Experience to lead our Front of House operations and elevate every aspect of the guest journey. This role is for a proven leader who knows how to run an exceptionally efficient drive-thru, develop strong leaders, and build systems that deliver consistent results.
You will set the tone for hospitality, speed, accuracy, and professionalism while coaching and growing the next generation of leaders.
What a Director Does Here
Directors at Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center are senior leaders responsible for both people development and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Operator and works closely with the Executive Director and General Manager.
You will:
- Lead and oversee all areas of the Guest Experience, including Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room, Guest Care, and CEM execution
- Build and maintain a highly efficient, high-throughput drive-thru operation that gets results
- Recruit, develop, and coach leaders, coordinators, trainers, and team members
- Create, implement, and document clear, repeatable systems that improve speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness
- Monitor and drive key business metrics related to guest experience and operational performance
- Lead 1–2 operational shifts per week and ensure leaders are prepared to run excellent shifts
- Oversee Customer Care follow-up within 24 hours and use feedback for coaching and improvement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized Front of House environment
- Partner with the Director of Talent on training and leadership development
- Conduct evaluations, coaching sessions, and development planning for team members and leaders
- Attend leadership meetings and regular one-on-ones with senior leadership
- Help ensure excellence in cash handling, food safety, and brand standards

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations
- Proven success creating and improving systems that drive results
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent leadership experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly recommended
- Valid driver’s license
