Conditions of the position:
- Be able and willing to work Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.,
- with flexible start and end times
- Position is ~90% operational/10% administrative
- When have 4 operational directors on staff, one Saturday off per month; when have 6+operational directors on staff, two Saturdays off per month
- Have the stamina to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- Willingness to, on occasion, to flex schedule to cover shifts as needed for business
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a bachelor’s degree or 5+years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Wages and Benefits:
- Hourly rate starts at $21.00/hour, based on experience & qualifications, more depending on qualifications
- Annual rate $51,555 at 45 hours/week
- Sundays off plus another weekday, as determined with colleagues/scheduling needs
