Provides Leadership to: Back of House and Front of House Leaders
Back of House and Front of House Team Members
Pay: $18 per hour; 12-40 hours a week available; Part time or full time

- Run our hiring platform; including responding to applications, conduct interviews and hiring, set up further interviews as needed.
- Help source additional applicants through proactive means
- Lead initial onboarding and orientations of all new staff
- Be the initial gatekeeper
- Must have evening availability during the week to hold interviews
- Flexible Schedule
- Would require two peak times of working operations weekly in the business to stay relevant to business needs and better understand the brand. Typical shifts would be 11:30-2 pm or 5-7 pm.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a strong plus
