At Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center, our internship program is designed to give students real-world business experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is not a “sit and observe” internship. Interns play an active role in restaurant operations, leadership development, marketing initiatives, hospitality, and business growth while learning directly from experienced leaders.

Whether your interests are in marketing, leadership, operations, culinary, hospitality, or entrepreneurship, this internship is designed to help you grow professionally while making a real impact on the business.

Candidate Requirements

• Actively pursuing a related undergraduate degree

• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week

• Open to additional hours as business needs require

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Self-motivated and dependable


Internship Responsibilities

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Assist with marketing strategy and promotional planning

• Support events, product launches, catering, and community involvement initiatives

• Help create and organize social media content

• Participate in content planning meetings, photography, caption writing, and campaign ideas

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of restaurant and off-site events

Restaurant Leadership & Operations

• Work directly in Front of House operations, serving guests and supporting team members

• Learn restaurant systems, leadership structure, and operational excellence

• Gain experience in hospitality, teamwork, and fast-paced business operations

• Support daily restaurant execution while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards

Professional Development

• Routine mentorship and coaching from restaurant leadership

• Professional development meetings with Executive Directors and Talent Leaders

• Exposure to leadership, communication, business strategy, and organizational development

Internship Project

• Complete a semester-long or summer business project based on restaurant needs and intern interests

• Gain hands-on project management and leadership experience

• Present ideas, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership
